I received my training in massage therapy and bodywork in Trinidad and Tobago West Indies and the United States of America,

Inducted into the Massage Therapy Hall of Fame in 2016 at the World Massage Festival Hall of Fame ceremony, and the recipient of a Pioneer of Massage Award in 2017.

My former training is in Shiatsu, Acupressure, and Body Mechanics Bodywork. I have been practicing and studying massage and bodywork therapies for the past four decades.
